NO.1  Service during the Three Guarantees Period

During the three guarantees period, under the normal operation and use of the user, the supplier shall provide free maintenance and replacement of parts and other services (excluding the user's existing parts) for any failure caused by the equipment quality problem. Regardless of the cause of the failure, the supplier shall respond to the customer within 24 hours, arrive at the customer's site within 48 hours, and solve the problem through negotiation.

NO.2  Equipment upgrade service

Have equipment upgrades for the customer demand, the company timely response to customer needs, whether to upgrade supplier for my company, my company provide the necessary technical support and services, at the same time can be handed over to the equipment related technical drawings, without our consent, upgrade party may rely on my company earnings outside the technical drawings for equipment upgrades.

NO.3  Service during the warranty period

Equipment quality guarantee period 1 year, corrosive gases, radioactive gas, toxic and harmful substances and other special conditions, 3 bag period shall be separately agreed, in order to ensure employee health, does not provide this kind of equipment maintenance services, maintenance, maintenance and repair of equipment in the process, the use of party must truthfully inform equipment operating conditions, otherwise it shall bear the liability of injuries in the process of this.

NO.4  Post-warranty service

After the third guarantee period, the whole machine will be paid for maintenance for the whole life, and the maintenance and parts costs will be charged by 0.8 times of the standard cost. The company will provide the parts inventory within the life cycle of the equipment.
