2. Main technical information

3. Structure description and working principle
This equipment consists of furnace body, water cooling system, vacuum system and electrical control system.
 3.1 Furnace
 The furnace body consists of a heating furnace, a furnace door and a rear head. The furnace body is mounted on the base frame.
    3.1.1 The heating furnace is composed of a heater, a heat shield and a furnace shell from the inside to the outside.
    3.1.2 The furnace door is a sandwich elliptical head. The jacket is cooled by water, and the water connection method is the lower inlet and the upper outlet. A sight glass is provided in the center of the furnace door to observe the heating of the workpiece in the furnace. There is a movable baffle in the sight glass, which can only be opened when looking into the furnace.
    3.1.3 The rear head of the furnace body is a sandwich elliptical head. When the temperature of the gas-filled furnace needs to be cooled in the middle of the head, the gas-filled solenoid valve is opened. Nitrogen enters the furnace through the six nozzles on the end surface heat shield through the pipeline. The other end of the furnace is discharged.
  3.2 The water cooling system cools the furnace shell, furnace door, rear head and electrodes by passing water.
  3.3 Vacuum system
    3.3.1 The vacuum system consists of pumps, valves, pipes and vacuum gauges.
    3.3.2 Main configuration:
    Molecular pump: imported domestic products (optional diffusion pump) + dry pump: imported domestic products (optional oil seal pump)
   3.4 Electrical control part
    3.4.1 Structure
      The electric control cabinet adopts a large plate structure, and the electric control cabinet door is equipped with a touch screen, an emergency stop button and three temperature controllers. The electrical board is equipped with a circuit breaker, an AC contactor, an intermediate relay, a 24 volt DC power supply, three sets of control signal conversion systems, and a RC protector.
    3.4.2 Temperature adjustment control principle
      There are three sets of heating control systems, which control heater 1, heater 2 and heater 3 respectively. Copper bar for heater and transformer connection.
     3.4.3 Use of touch screen:
      The touch screen is used to display the current heating current, voltage, and working status of the device, and can complete the operation of the device and the display of temperature curves, alarm prompts, and alarm history through screen switching of the touch screen.
      The touch screen is divided into equipment operation, equipment maintenance, temperature curve, alarm log, and six operation interfaces about us. The functions are as follows:
       Device operation-the startup interface when the device is operating normally.
      Equipment Maintenance —— Used for equipment debugging and operation, manual operation and equipment maintenance interface.
      Temperature curve-used to record the heating temperature curve.
      Alarm log-used to record the alarm record of the shift.
